The inaugural Pacific Security Outlook Report 2022-2023 outlines threats and challenges to the region’s achievement of a peaceful, secure and stable future for the peoples of the Blue Pacific Continent.
The report highlights that on top of persisting risks of insecurity in Boe Declaration priority areas (climate change, environmental, human security, cyber and transnational crime), the region is facing new challenges linked to global economic instability and geostrategic competition.
