Welcome Members to the meeting.
Excellencies, Senior officials and CROP Members, welcome to the 26th meeting of the Sub-Committee on the 2050 Strategy.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the commitment in progressing the development of the 2050 Strategy Implementation Plan and continued support by members of the Multi-Stakeholder Expert Groups (MSEGs)
Our meeting today is an important one as it will be an opportunity to brief you on the progress made by the Multi Stakeholder Expert Groups and discuss way forward following this meeting.
Furthermore, we will consider a refined approach on the development of the 2050 Implementation Plan based on feedback by MSEGs and reflections on the process to date.
Finally, as we progress this work on the development of the 2050 Implementation Plan, I encourage all members of the 2050 FOC Subcommittee for their continued support on this process and tasked by our Leaders.
Thank you.
