This Framework reiterates the regions commitment to strengthening collaboration, to anticipate, prepare for, and respond to the impacts of climate related mobility.
The Framework recognises the preference and right of all Pacific peoples to stay in their homes as a fundamental priority while stressing the importance of ensuring that human mobility is orderly, safe, and responsible when mobility is a choice or a necessity.
